Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Annie Ray relocated to Florida in 2014 to begin practice. After two years of practice on sunny Fort Myers Beach, Dr. Ray opened Bonita Beach Chiropractic in 2018, to provide the Bonita Springs community with gentle and effective chiropractic care. Dr. Ray holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, College of Chiropractic, as well as a Master of Science in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance. Dr. Ray completed her clinical internship at Logan University in St. Louis. She also interned with a group working with disabled athletes, where she assisted with aquatic therapy, track and field events, and a summer camp. As a chiropractor, Dr. Ray believes in providing patients with a natural, drug-free approach to health care, helping patients on their path to wellness. With her expertise in nutrition and sport science, she also provides advice in diet and exercise, using them with chiropractic care to keep the body in balance and functioning optimally.

My undergraduate degree is from The University of Queensland, Australia. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. I have extensive training in Functional Movement Screening, Muscle Release Techniques, Flexion Distraction, Thompson, Sacral Occiput Technique (SOT), Activator, Graston, sports injury, extremity pain, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, active care, physiology and nutrition. This training allows me to customize the specific needs your treatment requires. We provide treatments that range from the most gentle ‘activator’ techniques, to ‘diversified’ techniques of manipulation.
