Using these techniques and tools, he's able to provide relief from many conditions. These include back pain, neck pain, joint pain, shoulder pain, headaches, sports injuries, sciatica, inflammation, sprains/strains, arthritis, pregnancy discomfort, or pediatric issues. Calling himself a pathological learner, Dr. Mac received his certification in pediatrics in 2021. He completed his Perinatal Certification by the ICPA as of May 2023. He is completing his certification in cranial work. His journey to chiropractic started when he fell seriously ill at 14. After six weeks of ineffective care, his parents took him to a man with "magic hands" who helped him heal and showed him a better way to live.

Shortly after, he began practicing chiropractic care as he worked with many high school, college, and professional athletes to help them heal from their injuries and return safely to their sports. After practicing in Baldwin for 20 years, Dr. Birnhak became one of the founders of Quantum Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Care, PLLC, in 2012 to help more people receive personalized, expert therapy services.
