I graduated from University of South Florida with a BA in Biology. In March 2000, I graduated Suma Cum Laude from the Life University of Chiropractic with my focus on the Gonstead technique, nutrition, and rehab. Since graduating, I have completed certifications in acupuncture, homeopathy, whiplash & brain injury traumatology, and manipulation under anesthesia. I continue on the path of learning and take courses throughout the year. I have owned and operated Stevens Chiropractic & Wellness Center since 2000, with locations in Fort Myers and Sanibel. My goal is to help my patients live a pain free and healthy life. This includes newborns to seniors. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and husband. I’m a sports enthusiast, and have completed a marathon and multiple half marathons, as well as being former lightweight body building champion. I workout daily, and it’s one of my greatest passions. Participating in my community is also of great importance.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Annie Ray relocated to Florida in 2014 to begin practice. After two years of practice on sunny Fort Myers Beach, Dr. Ray opened Bonita Beach Chiropractic in 2018, to provide the Bonita Springs community with gentle and effective chiropractic care. Dr. Ray holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, College of Chiropractic, as well as a Master of Science in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance. Dr. Ray completed her clinical internship at Logan University in St. Louis. She also interned with a group working with disabled athletes, where she assisted with aquatic therapy, track and field events, and a summer camp. As a chiropractor, Dr. Ray believes in providing patients with a natural, drug-free approach to health care, helping patients on their path to wellness. With her expertise in nutrition and sport science, she also provides advice in diet and exercise, using them with chiropractic care to keep the body in balance and functioning optimally.
