Dr. Shawn Leatherman, BA, BS, DC, CCST*, CCSP®*, fCBP*, CMVI* is a chiropractic physician, devoted husband, father, and avid knowledge seeker. His education began in psychology before advancing to human biology and Chiropractic. As a dedicated student, he was inducted into the Gold Key National Honor Society at the University of Cincinnati and the National Dean's List at Cleveland Chiropractic College. He is additionally listed in the Biltmore Who's Who. Dr. Leatherman believes education does not end with a degree but continues over a lifetime. Over the last 22 years of practice, he has completed more than 1700 hours of post-doctoral training in Spinal Trauma, Mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Auto Crash Reconstruction, Motor Vehicle Crash Forensic Risk Analysis, MPI Spine & Extremity Diagnostics, Nutrition, Functional Neurology, Sports Injury, Physical & Structural Rehabilitation, Child Passenger Safety, Manipulation Under Anesthesia, Motor Vehicle Injuries, and attained basic Fellow Status in Chiropractic Biophysics. Dr. Leatherman is well-versed in leading patients through challenges of personal growth and the difficulties of poor health while moving away from chronic disease. In addition to post-doctoral CEUs, he attends yearly training on personal development, leadership, & mastering communication. He has five years of experience as a National Mastermind participant and two years of experience as a Regional Mastermind moderator.
