Dr. DeAndra Herndon is a second-generation chiropractor who grew up in the small town of Murray, KY. Chiropractic has been a part of her life since the day she was born; she received her first chiropractic adjustment when she was just three minutes old, from her father who is a chiropractor. She grew up utilizing chiropractic care as her main source of healthcare and is blessed to say she has never had to use any drugs for her healthcare needs. Chiropractic has given her the ability to live an exceptionally healthy life and she feels God has called her to share that blessing within the community she has chosen to call home. Dr. Herndon is a graduate of Murray State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nutrition. She is also a graduate of Life University where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She is trained in techniques such as Activator, Full spine, Pediatric, and Geriatric adjusting. She has a passion for helping families achieve better health at every stage of life! Dr. Herndon is an active member of her local church and gives back to the Gallatin community in any way she can. Dr. Herndon and her husband, Aaron, are high school sweethearts who married in 2010 in Murray, KY. They currently enjoy spending time together with their children, Lynnlee and Rhett!

Dr. Jake Reynolds was born and raised in Mission Viejo, California. He moved to Gallatin, TN in August of 2024 with his wife and infant son to start a new chapter in their walk with Jesus. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Jake pursued a career in law enforcement, earning his bachelor degree in criminal justice, and completing the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy. He worked on patrol for the city of Huntington Beach and prior to completing training, decided to alter career paths. Dr. Jake chose to pursue a career in chiropractic as he trusted and relied on chiropractic during his younger athletic years as a competitive baseball player. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021 at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Immediately, he began working in a fully integrated medical practice, practicing both chiropractic and functional neurology. He also has experience working with hundreds of patients with various conditions from sports related injuries to complex chronic health issues. Dr. Jake enjoys watching sports on TV, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Dotson

Dr. Garrin Dotson grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Being raised in a loving and supportive family environment, he always loved the idea of helping other people in a unique but effective way. Throughout his youth he was engaged in various sports and outdoor activities. After graduating from Hendersonville High School, he attended West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. With a growing knowledge base of physiology and wellness, he moved to Denver, Colorado to put his expertise to use as a personal trainer. While working with clients through a variety of functional training methods, he became aware of what the human body was capable of achieving if given enough time and consistency. After hearing about the immense benefits of chiropractic on some the clients he worked with, he began to explore a future in chiropractic medicine. In 2016 he enrolled in chiropractic school at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. After graduating with honors, he moved back to Tennessee to begin his career. After working as an associate chiropractic physician for two years, he decided to live out his dream by opening his own practice. He opened Mind and Spine Chiropractic in 2021 with the goal of helping individuals achieve their health goals without the use of drugs or surgeries. Dr. Dotson has now been treating patients in the Hendersonville area for the last several years. He loves making connections with others, spending time with his wife and two children, and staying active with regular exercise and outdoor activities. More than anything, he likes to have fun! His passion is helping others improve their quality of life so they can live their life to the fullest.
