Dr. Garrin Dotson grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Being raised in a loving and supportive family environment, he always loved the idea of helping other people in a unique but effective way. Throughout his youth he was engaged in various sports and outdoor activities. After graduating from Hendersonville High School, he attended West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. With a growing knowledge base of physiology and wellness, he moved to Denver, Colorado to put his expertise to use as a personal trainer. While working with clients through a variety of functional training methods, he became aware of what the human body was capable of achieving if given enough time and consistency. After hearing about the immense benefits of chiropractic on some the clients he worked with, he began to explore a future in chiropractic medicine. In 2016 he enrolled in chiropractic school at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. After graduating with honors, he moved back to Tennessee to begin his career. After working as an associate chiropractic physician for two years, he decided to live out his dream by opening his own practice. He opened Mind and Spine Chiropractic in 2021 with the goal of helping individuals achieve their health goals without the use of drugs or surgeries. Dr. Dotson has now been treating patients in the Hendersonville area for the last several years. He loves making connections with others, spending time with his wife and two children, and staying active with regular exercise and outdoor activities. More than anything, he likes to have fun! His passion is helping others improve their quality of life so they can live their life to the fullest.

Dr. Chappa

Owner of the Well Health & Chiropractic franchise locations in Hendersonville and Gallatin. A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Chappa devoted many years to academics and wrestling. At the age of ten, on his journey to win two national titles in the Olympic styles of wrestling, he injured his lower back. His parents immediately introduced him to chiropractic, which is when he decided he wanted to become a chiropractor and help others overcome their health obstacles the way chiropractic helped him. Through chiropractic care, he was able to continue wrestling and would go on to win multiple individual state championships and four D1 team state championships. Dr. Chappa ventured to Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry minor. Following undergrad, he attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, MN, where he attained his childhood dream of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Chappa had the opportunity to work at two of the largest and most reputable clinics in TN. He started off his career working alongside Dr. Pete Sulack, a world-renowned chiropractor and evangelist. He then continued his career under the founder of Well Health & Chiropractic, Dr. Ben Follas. He and his wife ran Dr. Ben’s main clinic for 3 years and purchased the practice in 2019. Specializing in various techniques, Dr. Chappa has delivered well over 150,000 adjustments on patients dealing with everything from sports injuries, pregnancy, pediatric and thyroid issues to heart disease, cancer, and fibromyalgia along with a plethora of other musculoskeletal issues. His goal is not to treat merely the symptoms but rather to address the true cause of the patient's conditions and empower them to get healthy and stay healthy.

Dr. Hernandez

Dr. Omar will be beginning his journey with Bradshaw Chiropractic soon! Let’s show him some love! Dr. Hernandez (Dr. Omar) graduated with his doctorate in chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, MO. He attended Western Michigan University where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration with a minor in entrepreneurship. Dr. Hernandez began his journey in chiropractic while coaching CrossFit and training as an athlete, receiving chiropractic care for his own injuries he sustained during his rigorous training schedule. He experienced the relief and impact chiropractic had on his own function and life and soon became interested in helping others achieve optimum health, first through fitness and now through chiropractic. He is passionate about empowering his patients to take an active role in improving their health while giving them the tools and care they need along the way. Dr. Omar is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and strives to provide holistic care based on the up-to-date literature and the biopsychosocial model that looks at the entirety of a patient’s lifestyle, work environment, mental health, genetics, nutrition, and more. He currently resides in Nashville where he enjoys competing and coaching in Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit in his free time as well as mountain biking, eating brunch with his girlfriend, and playing with their dog Bailey.

Dr. Charlton A. Woosley, known as “Chuck”, has been helping patients move and feel better for nearly four decades. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College in 1985, he completed an 18-month internship in Detroit, Michigan, gaining valuable hands-on experience before returning to Tennessee. In 1987, he founded Woosley Chiropractic, dedicated to providing exceptional chiropractic care with a focus on rehabilitation and overall wellness. For 21 years, Dr. Woosley had the privilege of working with the Tennessee Titans, deepening his expertise in sports medicine, injury treatment, and rehabilitation. His experience with professional athletes has given him unique insight into optimizing movement, recovery, and performance—knowledge he brings to every patient he treats. At Woosley Chiropractic, Dr. Woosley combines chiropractic care, functional rehabilitation, and movement-based therapies to help patients recover from injuries, prevent future pain, and improve their overall health. Whether working with athletes or everyday individuals, his goal remains the same: to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
