After graduating, he started a practice and began the journey in learning and offering patients the best care available, anywhere. Kevin Mitchell received his Associate’s Degree from Southern State Community College, Bachelor’s Degree from Shawnee State University of Ohio in 2003 and has a doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida in 2006. He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in Tennessee and currently serving the residents of middle Tennessee. Dr. Mitchell has dedicated his life to finding solutions for Spinal conditions. He found a state of the art technology and life changing treatment for neck and back pain, it’s called Non-Surgical Decompression (NSSD). Dr. Mitchell has humbly participated and directed in world wide chiropractic humanitarian work abroad in Vietnam and in the amazon of Brazil. During his clinic abroad thousands of people received free medical care which gave them medical treatment to those who couldn’t normally afford ore receive care. Before graduating from Palmer she received her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University in 2016. Additionally, Dr. Chanel is Webster trained, specializing in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, ensuring comprehensive wellness for patients of all ages. Dr. Chanel is passionate about sports medicine and helping athletes to perform at their highest level. Outside of chiropractic Dr. Chanel enjoys reading, working out and spending lots of time with her son, Albert McGuire V.

Dr. Bruner opened Active Life Chiropractic in 2009, with just himself and a staff member. He was drawn to Mt. Juliet because of the great community feel—he and his wife Autumn love the “big small town” feel of the area. Now with three additional chiropractors, we are able to provide care to many more people. We are active in the community, providing community wellness events as well as donating to local charities on an on-going basis. We are proud to donate to local youth sports, as well as a large shade umbrella for the Charlie Daniels Park Splash Pad, a Nintendo system for the Mt. Juliet Senior Center and over $12,000 to the Keith Edmonds Foundation.
