With a deep understanding of spinal health and a passion for helping patients recover from accidents, Dr. Fair focuses on providing comprehensive and compassionate care. Born and Raised in Puerto Rico Dr. Rosa has practiced around the world with experience in Texas , Puerto Rico , New Mexico and Singapore. Currently holds certifications on: Childhood Developmental Disorders by the American Functional Neurology Board , Functional Neurorthopedic Rehabilitation from the Carrick Institute , Functional Movement Taping from Rock Tape, and is board eligible to sit this summer for the Diplomate in Chiropractic Functional Neurology.
