Welcome to the office of Dr. Lisette Miller Kondrad and Dr. Kristopher Kondrad, Doctors of Chiropractic in Sarasota, FL. They are both 2012 Palmer Florida graduates and have been helping patients in clinical practice ever since. Before moving to Sarasota, they practiced in Dr. Kondrad's home state of Delaware. They also received their Acupuncture Certifications and are NBCE Board Certified Acupuncture providers. ​Dr. Miller and Dr. Kondrad are married with two children.

Michael J. Hornberger, BS, DC, is a graduate of Life University of Chiropractic and is board certified in chiropractic and physiotherapy. He graduated summa cum laude and his national board scores were in the top 2% of U.S. chiropractors. In 2015, Dr. Hornberger joined the Hornberger Wellness & Chiropractic Center – a practice serving Sarasota for over 38 years. He is trained to help all age groups: pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Dr. Hornberger also enjoys working with pregnant women, auto accident victims, and sports injury cases. His approach is to find the best treatment program for each individual patient. As such, he uses a variety of chiropractic techniques: Diversified, Low Force Adjustments (Activator, Impulse and Torque Release), Thompson, Pierce, Leander, and Cox. Dr. Hornberger also utilizes Webster’s Pediatric and Pregnancy Techniques, and corrective exercises.

Dr. Anthony Wasem Co-Founder & Chiropractor Dr. Anthony is a native of Sandusky, Ohio. All throughout his life, Dr. Anthony has been an athlete. Starting from a young age, he played baseball, football, basketball, golf, and lacrosse. So, he knows what it is like to be in pain and not functioning like he was supposed to, through countless injuries! One afternoon, Dr. Anthony was out playing 9 holes, in a school competition on a local golf course in Ohio. While on the last hole, he swung his golf club so hard, and heard a loud "POP". This "POP" noise left him in excruciating pain for over a week. Thank God for a great friend who brought Dr. Anthony with him to the chiropractor a week later. At the age of 15, Dr. Anthony had no idea what benefits chiropractic would bring or how much of an impact it would have on his life! Within a short month’s time frame, Dr. Anthony was back on the golf course without pain. It was about 6 months after the initial visit that he started noticing he didn’t have his allergies flare up near as bad, when he forgot his allergy medication. He could go weeks without taking the medication, under specific chiropractic care, and not worry about the allergies affecting his life. Fast-forward 7 years, Dr. Anthony was nearing graduation from his undergraduate program with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He knew he wanted to help people on a daily basis, with a lot of patient interaction, and work with the body. Dr. Anthony applied to many graduate schools, but chose to travel down to Marietta, Georgia to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University. This is where Dr. Anthony really learned to appreciate the body as a whole and all the healing properties it has. What started out as a search to be pain-free, turned into a career of drug-free, optimal health and healing. While in school, he worked towards obtaining several certifications, in order to serve his community the best he could. He is very excited to help take the health of Sarasota to the next level!

Dr. Winder finds himself today in his dream job – helping people, working with his hands, and solving challenging problems. He also teaches and performs research as a natural outgrowth of his clinical work. He began his career path in biological research, but he developed debilitating headaches in his early twenties that derailed his career direction. Many expert health practitioners tried to help relieve the headaches, to no avail. Dr. Winder finally found help in the form of more progressive manual therapies that restored his health. Inspired to start a new career, he now applies his scientifically inquisitive nature to understanding and helping solve a wide range of health problems for thousands of patients. Dr. Winder and his wife Mira have five grown children. They moved to Sarasota from western Pennsylvania in 2013.
