Dr. Justin Mitchell and Dr. Amanda Mitchell were born and raised in the small town of Central City, Kentucky. They were high school sweethearts, then attended chiropractic college together. When it was time to decide where to go, they wanted to try something new and relocated to Florida. They fell in love with the state and were ready to find a place to call home. In 2012, Dr. Justin and Dr. Amanda relocated to Lakewood Ranch. They’re active in the community, as well as in Bradenton and Parrish. With a passion for chiropractic and helping others, they love assisting patients in achieving comfort and pain relief. Their philosophy is based on treating people like family, carrying on the tradition of the clinic’s founder Dr. Flaim. Dr. Ashley graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic and holds advanced certifications and training beyond her graduate degree. Her passion for the profession drives her to continuously attend seminars to learn the newest advances in order to best serve the community using techniques backed by scientific research. Dr. Ashley specializes in structural correction using a combination of techniques such as Pettibon, CBP, Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson drop, and Webster all dependent upon patient needs. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health using the 5 Beams of Life which are the five factors that must be taken into account in order to reach one’s full God-given potential and function at 100%.

Dr. Sarah Ward was born and raised in Central Florida. She began her Equestrian career at a young age. After falling off her horse and injuring her rib cage, she began seeing a Chiropractor to help reduce her discomfort and better her form on her horse. Immediately she was impressed by the results and became hooked on Chiropractic. After a few short visits and at the age of 14, she made the decision to pursue a profession where she could also improve the lives of others, as a Chiropractor. Sarah earned her BS in Exercise Science from The University of Central Florida in 2016, and then continued on to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2019. In 2025, Sarah became certified in Dry Needling and Acupuncture. Sarah is passionate about serving families in the St. Petersburg community. Her mission is to clearly demonstrate the value of Chiropractic care for every member of your family. Each adjustment is delivered with compassion and care. In doing so, she intends to help create and maintain a well-adjusted community, just as if you were part of her family.
