Growing up with an athletic background, which included playing Division 1 baseball as an undergraduate, allowed Doctor Charlie to understand the importance of total body wellness — a philosophy that he continues to practice with his patients today. Dr. Mark's hobbies include weight lifting, golfing, hiking, trail running, snowboarding, backpacking, camping, archery, fishing, reading, playing with his two pups Nala and Yoda, and anything that involves exploring the great outdoors with his wife Christina.
