Growing up with an athletic background, which included playing Division 1 baseball as an undergraduate, allowed Doctor Charlie to understand the importance of total body wellness — a philosophy that he continues to practice with his patients today. Being an avid golfer, ultrarunner, and weightlifter Dr. Konopka can relate to pain that can take away from doing what we love. His unique, whole-body approach helps people find permanent relief from issues such as chronic pain, neck pain, low back pain, headaches, rotator cuff injuries, knee pain, hip pain, foot pain and arm pain. Dr. Mark's hobbies include weight lifting, golfing, hiking, trail running, snowboarding, backpacking, camping, archery, fishing, reading, playing with his two pups Nala and Yoda, and anything that involves exploring the great outdoors with his wife Christina.
