A proud West Virginia University alumnus, Dr. Fair earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida campus. With a deep understanding of spinal health and a passion for helping patients recover from accidents, Dr. Fair focuses on providing comprehensive and compassionate care. His expertise in personal injury allows him to effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions resulting from auto accidents and other traumatic incidents. Dr. Fair is committed to helping patients regain their health, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life, guiding them through every step of their recovery. Outside of the office, Dr. Fair cherishes time spent with his wife, their dog, and their new baby. He's an avid sports fan and enjoys fishing and the relaxation of a day at the beach.

Born and Raised in Puerto Rico Dr. Rosa has practiced around the world with experience in Texas , Puerto Rico , New Mexico and Singapore. Currently holds certifications on: Childhood Developmental Disorders by the American Functional Neurology Board , Functional Neurorthopedic Rehabilitation from the Carrick Institute , Functional Movement Taping from Rock Tape, and is board eligible to sit this summer for the Diplomate in Chiropractic Functional Neurology.
