I have a deep-rooted and personal connection as to why I became a Chiropractor. My best friend suffered a series of sport-related head traumas. These injuries escalated from being on the sidelines in hockey, to greatly impacting his everyday life. For almost a year, he suffered DAILY excruciating headaches, neck pain, eye pain, nausea, sleepless nights, and the fear of not knowing if he would ever live pain-free again. After countless visits to various specialists, he almost gave up hope. On the edge of being ready to quit and accept his condition, something remarkable happened, a chiropractor entered his life. Long story, short, with consistent chiropractic care, 92 days later my friend had his life back. Not only were ALL his symptoms completely alleviated, but he was also functioning at his optimal level of health! The best part is, he went on to play 7 years of professional hockey, head injury free!
