Jason Queiros, DC received his Bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he received his D.C. As a passionate, patient-oriented chiropractor, Dr. Queiros believes in a holistic approach to health, healing and lifestyle. He stays abreast of findings affecting chiropractic, nutrition, physical rehabilitation and other wellness therapies by attending continuing education courses and seminars, as well as reading and researching extensively. Dr. Q's specialized training in Cox flexion-distraction technique, Graston myofacial release and other modalities and chiropractic adjusting techniques allows him to provide the most thorough and innovative treatment to his patients. Before relocating to the Norwalk location, he had been practicing in Stamford for over 7 years and most recently named one of Fairfield County's top chiropractors by CTNow readers' poll. Originally from Wilton, he now resides in Fairfield and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and living an active & healthy lifestyle. In his free time he plays sports, exercises, and enjoys the outdoors. Dr. Q is a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the Connecticut Chiropractic Association. He is a Certified Exercise Strength & Conditioning Specialist, certified in Graston technique, and is certified as a Chiropractic Sports Medicine Specialist (C.C.S.M.S.). I first became interested in chiropractic after being helped through the stages of healing following a major injury at age 18. After a 20-foot fall and numerous injuries that resulted, I wasn’t sure how I was going to return to my active lifestyle. My options at the time were several orthopedic surgeries, or let things heal and see how it goes. At that time, my mom who was under regular chiropractic care, suggested I go see her chiropractor. After seeing the incredible results without using medications or surgery, I knew that I wanted to help others through chiropractic care as well. I have held positions on the Connecticut Chiropractic Council Board, Parker Advisory Committee, and led the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness division. Upon graduation from Mechanicville High School, I attended The College of Saint Rose where I majored in biology and minored in chemistry in order to prepare myself for chiropractic college. I began my chiropractic college studies in the fall of 1998 at Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received specialized training in chiropractic pediatrics and geriatric care. After 3 ½ years of intensive studies, I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic. I was fortunate to pursue positions in Florida and New York prior to ultimately settling in Connecticut in 2005. In 2007, my dreams of opening Pro-Health Chiropractic became a reality and have been serving our practice members since. In addition to my time spent in private practice, I have taught other doctors on how to change the health and wellness of their community members. I have served as the Emcee for many seminars including the largest chiropractic conference in the world. Teaching is a true passion of mine – and my hope is to make a worldwide impact one community at a time.
